Woke to sunshine, yippee!
Drove out to Cape Le Grand National Park and went to some 'must see' spots. Rossiter Bay, Thistle Cove and Hellfire bay were a few but Lucky Bay was the most impressive with it's white as white sand and turquoise water. The girls wished it was warmer, the water looked so inviting. Elizabeth always finds something to collect, this time it was cuttlefish.
Thistle Cove was beautiful as well. Pete and Elizabeth decided to ignore the marked walk way to the cove and took a more daring approach and did some rock climbing to get to the cove.
Pete and Elizabeth emerge from their rock climbing adventure.
The rest of the afternoon was spent doing more scenic driving (grabbed a coffee first!), and taking in more gorgeous views of the Southern Ocean and Esperances beautiful beaches. Stopped at Twilight Beach which was voted Australia's Best Beach 2006.
